One of the proudest races in the Night World, the Banshees, were being eradicated by those who envied their powers. Quatina felt a heavy strike on her back. She let go of Cecilia's hand and told her to run away. Seeing Quatina's determined face, Cecilia hesitated for a moment and started running. With a huge arrow sticking out of her back, Quatina smiled as she crumbled away. |
